Check-in Procedures
Arrival & Greeting
Upon arrival, families are greeted by our trained safety team. We'll assist new families with a brief registration to ensure we have all necessary contact and allergy information.

Secure Tagging
Each child receives a unique identification tag, and parents receive a matching security code. This code is required for pick-up and is the only way to verify authorized guardians.

Controlled Checkout
At the conclusion of service, parents must present their matching security tag. Our team verifies the code before releasing any child, ensuring a safe and orderly transition.

Your child’s safety is our top priority. Every volunteer at AFT Hutch undergoes a rigorous screening process, including comprehensive background checks and specialized safety training. We strictly enforce a two-adult policy in all classrooms, ensuring that no child is ever left alone with a single adult.
